Refund policy

We hope you love your Petite Lunoor purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Seasonal, Sale, and Personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where items are faulty or damaged.
  • Seasonal and Sale items may be exchanged for a different size only, subject to availability.
  • Personalised products are not eligible for exchange.
  • All other returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery via email or private message on our Facebook or Instagram Accounts.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (Receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll be in touch with a personal message to keep you updated throughout the process. Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us to inform and confirm availability.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
