Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Petite Lunoor purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery via email or private message on our Facebook or Instagram Accounts.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (Receipt or order confirmation) is required.
• Return delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
• Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable, unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we collect and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery fees, within 5–10 working days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or style, please contact us to inform and confirm availability.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
